Introduction

Welcome to Ineffable Concepts Creative Agency's website ("ineffableconcepts.org"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using our Site. These terms govern your use of our website, services, and any associated content or materials provided through this platform. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Booking Formula

This requires clients to fill out a contact form to commence scheduling. If client does not complete a contact form, scheduling will not appear on any photographers calendar.

At the time of booking, a 50% -non-refundable deposit- of the total cost of your shoot is required to secure your appointment. All payments can be made through Zelle or PayPal. The deposit payment means you have read through and agree with ALL of Ineffable Concepts policies.

The final balance payment is due concluding the photoshoot; proofs will not be sent until the remaining balance from the shoot is paid.

Creative License

  • Images are edited at the Photographer's discretion, and delivered prints may not include all images shot. The Photographer reserves the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer's artistic standards.

  • Possession of and copyright to all products shall remain with the Photographer until client has paid in full. All photos are copyrighted. The negatives and or digital images (hereinafter collectively the "images") created by the Photographer and/or subcontractor(s) remain the property of the Photographer. It is illegal to copy, scan, reproduce, or post online in forums or elsewhere without the permission of the Photographer.

  • Permission is hereby granted to the Photographer to use any images created under this policy for professional samples, displays, internet website pages, advertising, exhibitions, contests, and any other purpose

Cancellations

  • If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment within 24hrs of the original photoshoot day.

  • All clients are granted one opportunity to reschedule up to 7 days before their shoot date without penalty, any other none weather-related rescheduling after their one time will result in a $100 fee.

  • Ineffable Concepts Photographers take immense control in this profession. This includes transporting and processing of photographs, using professional-grade equipment and more. However, in the unlikely event of the client’s photographs being lost, stolen, or destroyed, Ineffable Concepts are to the return all payments received for the event package. 

Model Etiquette

  • All guests and models should come with a professional mindset in order to create the best images possible. Models are permitted 2 guest per shot.

  • If client is late, the photoshoot will go as scheduled with no added time without minimum purchase of one hour ($150).

  • This situation rarely occurs but if the photographer is more than 30 minutes late you will get the full photoshoot time along with the remaining balance credited.
